In 2014, I was walking my dogs and singing to the trees when I realized that something important was flowing through me. My very first song Evolution was born. I few days later I just happened to make a new friend with a recording studio in his basement. When I write a song for myself or someone else it becomes real. I sing it and the words come alive. Before I know it I have manifested something new in my own life and helped someone else to create change too!

ABOUT MELANIE
Life Experience
Over the past 13 years, I have been on a path of discovery and a deeper connection with my intuition. I am an avid reader and seminar enthusiast and have learned to integrate what I learn from others’ stories, challenges and transformations into my work, allowing me to deepen the support and guidance I provide.
In December of 2015, I was invited to provide peer support, intuition development and spirit guidance through weekly workshops with a local non-profit organization. This work taught me more about the inherent value of every individual and the common struggle that we all undergo in discovering our true self. In these groups I began to share my original songs of healing and realized the potential for song to help individuals through transformation.
Education
I hold Bachelor and Master degrees in Environmental Science from the University of Northern BC and continue to study the neuroscience of change. I have been guided to study a variety of alternative healing modalities and currently hold the following certifications:

Experimenting with various healing techniques has led to a profound shift in my perspective on personal beliefs, the power of the subconscious, and our struggle to create change. I can better understand the interrelatedness of all things; the importance of recognizing and honouring each person's individuality; and the value of being genuinely aware of exactly what is happening in each moment.
Current Work
Songwriting has become an important part of my work - now focused on my 6-week Soul Song Coaching Journey. This journey involves six 90 minute online sessions where you learn various tools to promote self-discovery and healing. Clarity and understanding of who you truly are, why you are here and what you need to do to find freedom and live your true purpose will result from weekly meditations and the songwriting process. As part of the Soul Song Coaching Journey I will create a Personalized Song that will give you a mantra for healing and transformation that will help you manifest the life you truly want. I have also developed a fast track program for entrepreneurs who have clarity about their purpose and vision and want a Soul Song with their own message to reach more people with power and impact .
Transformation Sessions are again available in person. This healing experience combines Reiki, Theta Healing®, creative visualization, and intuitive peer guidance creating a unique experience for my clients that is supportive and transforming. I have witnessed shifts in perception and provided support and guidance as clients overcome barriers and are able to move forward with new found positivity.
Other achievements include publishing my first Album Awakening Our Spirit on most music platforms; becoming a contributing author to the best-selling healing anthology "Heal Thy Self" and completing the Metabolic Reset program with Dr. Andrew Hanoun. I was also invited to be listed as one of the Top 12 Spirited Woman for the summer of 2017.
My second album is being released 02/22/2022. Tips, pledges or one time gifts can be made on Vocal where a video for my very first song, Evolution, is published.

As part of the journey, we will co-create your Soul Song providing you with an anchor to your vision of who you want to be in your life, help you to remember the perspective you need to move forward and affirm the changes that you are creating. Transformation Session
Come in for an energy tune-up. Balance and align your chakras. Using Reiki energy, creative visualization, advanced Theta Healing® and intuitive guidance Melanie will help to shift any physical or emotional blocks that you may be experiencing. A session can also help to shift your awareness and perceptions so that you can begin to discover your own inner wisdom and divine connection. Leave your session feeling balanced, grounded and curious about the next steps in your spiritual or healing journey.
Wisdom Circle
Invite a group of friends over (8 max.) for a private group session to build intuition and your ability to let Spirit guide you. Together we will do a guided visualization to ground and balance the chakras. Using oracle and Tarot cards we will explore the thoughts and actions needed during the upcoming week to create your desired life. We will call on ancestors, angels, the five elements, nature spirits and passed loved ones to help us.

Clarity Oracle Card Exploration
Intuitive Guidance Sessions can help you find out what your angels and guides want you to know. Melanie will guide you in exploring the use of oracle cards to receive messages and affirmations to help you create your best life now. These sessions are not a traditional card reading but a tool to help create lasting change in the present. These sessions can be received in person, online or via weekly readings delivered to your inbox.
Non-Profits
Intuition and Spiritual Development workshops are available for Non-Profit organizations looking to assist individuals to develop their intuition and reconnect to their inner creativity and passion. Open conversations about Spirit in our lives that fit with any religious beliefs help individuals to open up and feel real guidance from their hearts. We work to shift perspectives with the intent to leave the group feeling connected and inspired to create change.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being.
Card reading is used to to inspire us in the present moment rather than tell the future. The cards provide a unique perspective that is positive and reassuring and can help us move forward with confidence and grace. You are never alone and messages from your spirit guides and angels will confirm what you already know in your heart.
